Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Little Rock, AR)

Lumen Fox Early Learning runs childcare centres in Little Rock caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to licensing records at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support licensing records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
