Nova Quill Foods is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for allergen controls, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to allergen controls at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support allergen controls. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
