Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Little Rock, AR)

Westbrook North Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Little Rock. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to classroom supplies at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
