Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Little Rock, AR)

Amberfield Ridge Construction Group delivers building projects for owners across the Little Rock region. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to change orders at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support change orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
