Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Little Rock, AR)

Bright Wren Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Little Rock, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to packing house output at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support packing house output. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
