Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Little Rock, AR)

Cedar Juniper Facilities looks after properties across the Little Rock region, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 165 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to supply orders at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support supply orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
