Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Las Vegas, NV)

Cedar Meadow Pharma develops and makes medicines in Las Vegas. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Keep stock linked to release testing at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support release testing. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
