Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Las Vegas, NV)

Bluepeak Timber Auto Group is a Las Vegas company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Keep stock linked to customer estimates at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer estimates. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
