Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Lumen Bridge Foods and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of about 872 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to sanitation schedules at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support sanitation schedules. • Experience with an ERP system.
