Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Las Vegas, NV)

Lumen Clear Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Las Vegas, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 182 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to grower contracts at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support grower contracts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
