Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Knoxville, TN)

Redstone Kestrel Manufacturing is a Knoxville manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to tooling at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support tooling. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
