Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Knoxville, TN)

Stonegate Umber Hospitality is a hospitality company in Knoxville with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Keep stock linked to reviews and feedback at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
