Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Knoxville, TN)

Rivermark Fox Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Knoxville plant. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to scrap and rework at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
