Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Knoxville, TN)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Timber Early Learning Partners and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be invoice matching. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to licensing records at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support licensing records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
