Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Knoxville, TN)

Rivermark Amber Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Knoxville region, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Keep stock linked to supplier deliveries at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
