Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Knoxville, TN)

Foxglove Wilder Auto Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for customer estimates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 494 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Keep stock linked to customer estimates at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer estimates. • Experience with an ERP system.
