Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Knoxville, TN)

Stonegate Field Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Knoxville, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Keep stock linked to online orders at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support online orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
