Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Knoxville, TN)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Willow Construction and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of about 868 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Keep stock linked to safety records at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support safety records. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
