Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Knoxville, TN)

Foxglove Union Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Knoxville area. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to housekeeping schedules at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
