Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Kansas City, MO)

Nova Drift Foods produces packaged foods at its Kansas City plant, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of about 458 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Keep stock linked to customer specifications at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer specifications. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
