Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Jacksonville, FL)

Greenridge Linden Foods Group produces packaged foods at its Jacksonville plant. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to allergen controls at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support allergen controls. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
