Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Jacksonville, FL)

Redstone Cobalt Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Jacksonville region, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to vehicle inspections at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support vehicle inspections. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
