Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Jacksonville, FL)

Summit Analytics provides shared administrative services to local governments around Jacksonville, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep stock linked to constituent requests at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support constituent requests. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
