Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Redstone Fern Farms and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be invoice matching. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to field records at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support field records. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
