Stonegate Fox Pharma is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for clinical studies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to clinical studies at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support clinical studies. • Experience with an ERP system.
