Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Jackson, MS)

Highbridge Oak Hospitality is a hospitality company in Jackson with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to food costs at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support food costs. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
