Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Indianapolis, IN)

Ironwood Lantern Auto Group is a Indianapolis company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to warranty claims at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support warranty claims. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
