Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Indianapolis, IN)

Clearpath Summit Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Indianapolis. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 124 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Keep stock linked to family communication at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support family communication. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
