Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Houston, TX)

Ironwood Fern Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Houston, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to cold storage at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support cold storage. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
