Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Houston, TX)

Amberfield North Auto Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for warranty claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 363 people based in Houston. What you will do • Keep stock linked to warranty claims at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support warranty claims. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
