Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Cross Foods and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 76 people based in Houston. What you will do • Keep stock linked to cold storage at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support cold storage. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
