Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Houston, TX)

Harborlight Thistle Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Houston. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in Houston. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to classroom supplies at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
