Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Honolulu, HI)

Clearpath Timber Construction Group builds commercial and industrial projects around Honolulu. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to materials orders at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support materials orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
