Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Northwind Lakeside Freight and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be invoice matching. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Keep stock linked to claims at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support claims. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
