Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Honolulu, HI)

Highbridge Vale Manufacturing makes precision components in Honolulu. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 102 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Keep stock linked to work orders at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support work orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
