Amberfield Corner Auto Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for vehicle inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Keep stock linked to vehicle inspections at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support vehicle inspections. • Experience with an ERP system.
