Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Hartford, CT)

Lumen Sable Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Hartford, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to tuition and subsidies at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support tuition and subsidies. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
