Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Hartford, CT)

Rivermark Rowan Health runs clinics and patient services around Hartford, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Keep stock linked to electronic records at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support electronic records. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
