Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Fresno, CA)

Clearpath Rook Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Fresno. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Keep stock linked to shrink and waste at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support shrink and waste. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
