Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Fresno, CA)

Nova Willow Pharma is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for release testing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 426 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to release testing at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support release testing. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
