Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (El Paso, TX)

Ironwood Rowan Health Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for patient scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to patient scheduling at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
