Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (El Paso, TX)

Lumen Rook Manufacturing Partners manufactures parts and assemblies at its El Paso plant. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to machine downtime at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support machine downtime. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
