Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (El Paso, TX)

Greenridge Cross Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of El Paso. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep stock linked to loads and lanes at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support loads and lanes. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
