Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (El Paso, TX)

Foxglove River Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around El Paso, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 122 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to supplier deliveries at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support supplier deliveries.
