Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (El Paso, TX)

Fernwood Willow Pharma Group develops and makes medicines in El Paso, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Keep stock linked to regulatory filings at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support regulatory filings. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
