Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Detroit, MI)

Clearpath Fox Pharma Group develops and makes medicines in Detroit, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Keep stock linked to quality documentation at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support quality documentation. • Experience with an ERP system.
