Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Detroit, MI)

Clearpath Vista Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in Detroit producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to regulatory filings at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support regulatory filings. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Detroit, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
