Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Detroit, MI)

We are growing our team at Summit Oak Foods Group and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be invoice matching. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to ingredient orders at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
