Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Detroit, MI)

Lumen Ivory Hospitality is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for guest bookings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Keep stock linked to guest bookings at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support guest bookings. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
