Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Detroit, MI)

Fernwood Sable Pharma develops and makes medicines in Detroit. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to batch records at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support batch records. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
